At Thrive Outfit LLC ("we"), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases. To ensure customer satisfaction and transparency, we provide a detailed verification process before shipping your order.


1. Verification Process

Before we ship your items, we will:

  • Record a detailed video of the item, showing its condition and verifying its authenticity.

  • Send the video to you via email at the address provided during checkout for confirmation.

Your confirmation is required before the item is shipped. Once you approve the item, the sale is considered final.


2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the wrong item is shipped due to an error on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at thriveoutfit@gmail.com with a description of the issue and any supporting photos.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described in the verification video, please contact us immediately at thriveoutfit@gmail.com. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


4. Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Thrive Outfit LLC are non-returnable. This includes:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Sneakers or products that show signs of wear or use
